Bucharest – Sinaia – Busteni – Bran

Your guide will take you to see major attractions of Transylvania such as:

Peles Castle – is not only the most spectacular castle in Romania, but one of the most stunning castles in the whole of Europe. It was built by the first King of Romania, Carol the 1st. It also was the first European castle entirely lit by electrical current. It was built between 1873 and 1914 and its inauguration was held in 1883.

Cantacuzino Castle - is situated on Zamora Street in Busteni resort. The building, whose construction was completed in 1911, was conducted by the architect Gregory Cerchez at the request of Prince George Grigore Cantacuzino. It is built in Neo-Romanian style; the total surface of the estate is over 3,000 square meters.

Bran Castle - is the legendary Dracula’s castle. The first documented mentioning of Bran Castle is the act issued by Louis I of Hungary on 19 November 1377, giving the Saxons of Kronstadt (Brașov) the privilege to build the stone castle on their own expense and labor force; the settlement of Bran began to develop nearby. In 1438–1442, the castle was used in defense against the Ottoman Empire, and later became a customs post on the mountain pass between Transylvania and Wallachia.
