European Snooker Championship


Innovation Travel was co-organizer of the European Snooker Team Championship and the Under-21 Championshipof Romania, hosted between March 18-29 2014 in Caro Hotel, located on Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard in Bucharest. The Championship was organized by the Romanian Snooker Federation and the European Billiards and Snooker Association. This event hosted around 250 participants of 30 countries.

More than 250 snooker players, from 30 countries, were in Bucharest between March 18-29 for the European Snooker Championship, the Under 21 and Senior Teams competitions, which took place at the Caro Hotel, organized by Romanian Snooker Federation and Innovation Travel.

“Our federation was established in 2007. The results we obtained but also the evaluations we were subjected to by the European organization prove the fact that we have confirmed our potential to continental levels and as such we can host such an event” added Francisc Toba, the chairman of the Romanian Snooker Federation.

European Chairman Maxime Cassis officially opened the 2014 European Under-21 Championships here in Bucharest.

For this event, an International Gala dedicated to snooker was organized on March 23 at Caro Hotel.
